Are you or your high school age child looking for an opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, develop your personal and group effectiveness, and focus on living a balanced life? The National Leadership Conference is an intensive week-long program that does just that. Set on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan, the program takes place at AYF's Miniwanca in Shelby, Michigan.
Participants spend their days learning tools for team leadership and enhancing their abilities to be agents of positive change in their communities. At the Leadership Conference, participants between the ages 15-20 come together from around the country and the globe, making friendships that last a lifetime while creating a support system that remains in place even after they leave the conference.
