For our youngest campers, the Pioneer Program delivers a summer of
fun and excitement. Everything we do is intentional, designed to
develop best self, encourage balanced living and help campers create
healthy friendships and positive group culture.

- Campers
are able to construct your days around their favorite activities
choosing 4 interest groups a day from a variety of interest groups
including:
Archery, Arts and Crafts, Basketball,
Canoeing, Challenge Courses, Climbing Tower, Earth Explorers, Field
Hockey, Fishing, Frisbee, Lacrosse, Improvisation, Music, Newspaper,
Orienteering, Outcamping Skills, Outdoor Cooking, Pottery, Rock
Climbing, Sailing, Soccer, Swimming, Volleyball, Windsurfing,
Woodworking, Yoga... & more, based on the unique talents of our
staff.
4 & 3 Week Campers have even more
special events to look forward to! Participate in:
· The Annual Merrowvista Musical Production – Opening
night is the last week of each session.
· The Four-Fold Tournament – Wacky events take place
throughout the last 10 days of the session. Teams work together to
create chariots from cardboard, complete an all-camp relay, create
an egg drop contraption, and much more!

Go-Getters – Optional but encouraged, we begin our day with a
run, walk, yoga, swimming or canoeing. |

Flag Raising & Morning Reflection – Each village
has the opportunity to pick a theme
and share their thoughts with the community, followed by a few
minutes of quiet reflection. |

KCISP – "Keep Camp In Shape Please", a time to organize your
personal belongings and sweep out the cabin before the “Lone
Inspector” arrives! |

Assembly – We gather as a
community for singing,

Activities include climbing tower, team challenge, orienteering,

Night’s Doings – Each night, a different all camp activity
including talent show, camper leader hunt, capture the flag, sing

Evening Reflection – The community comes together to quietly end
our day. Villages share their thoughts, sing, and enjoy a bit of
reflection time. OR
Village Insight – A group discussion with just your villagemates where
campers can honestly explore ideas and values. |

 Our Discoverer program is a one-week "taste of camp" designed for
first time campers. Discoverers will have the opportunity to try
several interest group activities and practice living and working
with their villagemates.

- The Discoverer Sailing campers live with
other Discoverers, but specialize in learning to sail Laser I and
Laser II sailboats during interest groups.

Take on the
challenge of out of camp trips while still enjoying the in-camp
activities…
As a Trailblazer, you will construct your days
around your favorite activities. In addition, Trailblazer campers
take a 2-day canoe trip on Newfound Lake and a 3-4 day backpacking
trip in the White Mountains.
- 4 Week Trailblazers will also have an
opportunity to learn a bit more about bicycling,
- with instruction in
safe group travel and an afternoon of riding!
