- "I Dare You!" Scholarship
Each year the American Youth Foundation selects youth who have
demonstrated exceptional servant leadership within their communities, groups, or organizations to
receive the "I Dare You" Scholarship. The scholarship provides the opportunity to attend the
AYF's Leadership Conference, a nationally recognized leadership program.
All National Leadership Award recipients are eligible to apply for
the "I Dare You!" Scholarship. To be considered for the "I Dare You!" Scholarship, National
Leadership Award recipients must complete the application process. Application information and
materials for this scholarship will accompany each award.
We are currently accepting "I Dare You!" Scholarship applications
for the 2009 National Leadership Conference, being held August 6-13, 2010 at the American Youth
Foundation's Camp Miniwanca in Shelby, Michigan. The amount of the "I Dare You!" Scholarship is $590,
which will cover 1st year tuition for the Leadership Conference, minus registration fee and transporation
costs, which are the responsibility of the attendee.
National Leadership Award recipients interested in applying for the "I
Dare You!" Scholarship should complete either this

The deadline for submission is May 31, 2010. Scholarship winners will be contacted by the AFY prior to
June 30, 2010.
